About Patti Jo

Meet Patti Jo. This sweet natured, beautiful, pure bred Tree Walker Coonhound girl is looking for a new home. Her previous owner died and now she is all alone. Patti Jo's foster says she is good with other dogs, cats and older kids. She is house trained and her foster says she will stand by the door and barks to let you know she needs to go out. Patti Jo walks well on a leash and enjoys going for long walks. For all you weekend late risers, PattiJo has been known to enjoy a few sleep ins. Patti Jo had rickets as a puppy which bows her back legs a little but that does not stop her from running and playing like any normal happy dog. In the home, she does prefer to walk on rugs versus slippery floors. Patti Jo is about 1-2 years old and 40 pounds. Please help Patti Jo find the loving home that she deserves. Note: Patti Jo had been exposed to Parvo back in early December. She was never sick and tested negative for the virus. Patti Jo is ready to go to home to her new family! Update: Patti Jo had tested positive for Lyme & Anaplasmosis, two common tick borne diseases. She has completed her antibiotic treatment and is doing very well and ready to go home with you! We do NOT ship our animals. All adoptive families must travel to us to meet their adoptive dog/cat. Applicants must live within a 2 hour radius from Sparta/Andover (07871/07821).
