About Annie

Annie was picked up as a stray that someone had been feeding and no one ever claimed her. She had been running around with her son but animal control has not yet been able to catch him. Annie is a very affectionate snuggle bug and playful. This pretty girl is very sweet natured, friendly and walks well on a leash. She is good with other dogs but we do not know what she thinks about cats. Annie is about 7-8 years old and 28 pounds. Please help Annie find the loving home she deserves. Update: Annie had tested positive for Ehrlicchia, another common type tick borne disease. Annie has completed her antibiotic treatment for Ehrlicchia and would love to go home with her new family. Annie is doing great and is currently available for adoption. We do NOT ship our animals. All adoptive families must travel to us to meet their adoptive dog/cat. Applicants must live within a 2 hour radius from Sparta/Andover (07871/07821). Please understand that we are an animal shelter and thus unable to say whether the dogs are housebroken as they are not in homes.
