About Tyson

Tyson is such a good boy! He's got an average energy level and is mostly happy to entertain himself. He still likes to be around people and be pet, but he's more on the reserved side. Until you break out the squeaky toys�'�|then his real personality shines through! He becomes a playful little goofball then! Squeaky toys make him very happy. He loves to fetch them and then play with them all by himself. They almost turn him into a puppy again! Tyson is also a big fan of treats. They get his focus really well. He doesn't seem to know any tricks yet, but he's happy to learn! Tyson walked about 3ft away from one of the local free roaming TNR cats and completely ignored it - no reaction whatsoever. He may do well living in a home with cats (though pets should always have a slow introduction to each other to set them up for success). Tyson is a 6YO Pit Bull who came into the shelter as a stray on 11/28/22. He weighs 40 lbs.
