About Milo

I have had Milo for 2 years I rescued him from a family who had him tied up to a tree his whole life had minimal shelter he had been starved abused and neglected.....during his time with me he stopped jumping fences stopped trying to get lose he had smaller dog for a brother and a cat fora sister I haven't seen how he acts around kids but I know he likes adult females the best I'm guessing bc the man in his prior family abused him. He has separation anxiety bad and does well with constant care the longest I've left him at the house was 4-5 hrs..,he likes tearing up stuffed animals only.if u have him in a car don't leave him in it with the window rolled down bc he will jump out and attempt to enter places of business to look for you...lol he is so loveable and cuddable. He sleeps in the bed with me but can and will sleep in a dogbed if needed he is very smart minds well..he is house trained well....he loves to run and explore I have only taken him out on a leash and so unsure if he will run off with out the leash ....does well I'm a fenced in back yard.....he loves to catch a scent and go on a hunt.....when I first got him he ran the neighborhood jumping fences from one back yard to the next and running the streets and while doing so got nicked by a car going 30 mi/hr ..... The vet said that his hip was out of place on one side and that the surgery would cost $3000 and told me if I could keep him caged for a while to let it heal and that's what I did so he walks on that back leg now but sometimes holds it up if it's hurting him ....the reason I have to give him up is bc we recently moved to a new place that doesn't allow but one animal and so I'm keeping my daughters dog who we've had the longest .....he eats bits and kiddles for small dogs and boiled chicken jerky etc....he does well with smaller male dogs...anyways he has been very spoiled and given lost of affection....he sleeps best with the cover over his head lol and needs help getting onto bed will have to lift him...
