Duke was found chained up near a free way. From what people have told us is that a homeless man see to him occasionally in between weeks often left and didn't come around. We found them on October 10th. We also have two dogs that don't get along with them. Duke has a tendency to jump and bark when him gets to excited. He needs a form of training. (Also we can provide 3 months worth of food)
