About Jersey

PENDING ADOPTION Meet Jersey, a handsome 3-year-old, 36 lb tan and white cocker spaniel boy who is just an absolute delight . This handsome boy gets along great with all dogs, loves all kinds of toys (soft, hard, balls) and the more they squeak, the better they are! We don't know how he is with cats. Jersey is well behaved in the car, loves attention, getting belly rubs, and is a total velcro cocker once he has bonded with his human. He loves to sleep in the big bed with his humans and will steal all the covers so adopter beware. ��%BD��%BD��%BD��%BDJersey is very affectionate (loves to give kisses) and would like to sit on your lap all day if you let him. He would love a home where his humans are home more often than not since he enjoys their company that much! Jersey has excellent house manners, specially for a young little guy. He does ok on a leash (he would benefit from training) but is happiest when he can roam around the backyard. He can also be a bit of a talker so he would not do well with condo living. Vet visits and grooming appointments are not his favorite activities (are they really anyone's ��%BD��%BD��%BD��%BD) but he is a brave boy and did pretty well during his most recent groom. Jersey also is particular about his food and toys and does not like to share them so NO KIDS for him. He loves to please so an adopter who will introduce him slowly to new people and situations will be rewarded with a friend for life!
