About Sega

Sega is approximately 3-4 years old. He would do best as an only pet. Because this playful pup can sometimes get the zoomies and his larger size, it is recommended he be paired with older kids if he goes to a home with children. He loves his fosters 14-year-old brother and enjoys playing with him. Sega requires slow introductions to new people in the home but is open to new people outside of his territory. From Sega's Foster: I can tell you so much about this amazing baby that I've been fostering, but to keep it short; Sega is house-trained, knows commands, is extremely loyal to his family, loves to be with you & adores car rides. I've had the opportunity to learn Sega really well. He needs someone who will be a leader, preferably the only dog, and someone who is patient with him (he does display some signs of separation anxiety). Sega has improved his behavior tremendously but his forever family will have to continue to enforce rules with him so he can be successful. He is truly a great dog and he's very smart. Anyone would be lucky to have him. He will only thrive with someone who can lead and is willing to participate in training with him until they are comfortable.
