About Hope

German Shepherd / Lab
Age: Puppy
Sex: Female

Hello!! My name is Hope. My name used to be Speedbump because I have been hit by a car three different times but my foster mom said I needed a prettier name because it's what I deserve! Even though I'm only about 2yrs old, my life has been so tough and full of heartache. Up until now, I was living with a homeless couple under a bridge. I wasn't safe from cars, bad people, bad weather, or other animals. After I was hit by a car for the third time, I also found out I was pregnant and my old owners never took me to the vet. I was scared and hurting but I was so loyal and never once left my family's side. I was prepared to have my babies under the bridge but the weather was starting to get really cold and my owners could barely feed me as it was.. I knew I needed help, and fast! The universe must have been looking out for me because a very nice lady convinced my old owners to let me go to an animal rescue where I could get the vetting I so desperately needed! My rescue happened just in time because I went into labor the very next day. The very nice lady who saved me also found out that my owners set the bridge we were living under on fire!! Thank goodness I made it out of there alive. Unfortunately though, only one of my babies survived so as you can see, I've been through a life time of struggle and heartache and all I want now is to have a safe and loving home to call my own. My foster mom says that's what I deserve and I believe her. So if you are in the market for a loyal, loving, and smart Labrador /Shepherd mix, I just might be your girl!! If you can, please help me by sharing my post in hopes to reach my new family.. I know they're out there somewhere. If you or someone you know, would like information about me, or to meet me, please email my team of hard-working matchmakers at [email protected]
