Surge is a great dog but needs to be rehomed through no fault of his on. He needs a fenced yard as he likes to roam. I cannot keep him contained unfortunately. He loves kids and cats. He spends most of his days laying around but likes to explore when he's outside. Spends his summers indoors as he gets very hot but wants to be outside in the winter.
