This is MANNY, a five-year-old neutered, white German Shepherd/ Husky whose CONTRACT was ANNULLED!. He was adopted, papers signed, but new owner never came for him. Bummer!!.Despite losing his ticket out of the overloaded Shelter, he's maintained his composure. This 68-pounder is excited to get out of his kennel for a walk (maybe a little too over-excited), but who can blame him when there are so few walks? He's okay with other dogs and accepts pets and corrections from handlers. Like most other sheltered animals, his story is unknown.
