About Ahsoka

Ahsoka (Pronounced AH-SO-KAH) (fka Macadamia) She is a mixed breed, almost 2 years old. She's a very smart and cuddly dog who loves to play. Some of her favorite toys are puzzle boxes, anything that dispenses a treat, stuffies (no stuffie is tough enough and will be shredded in an hour), nylabones because chewing is the best, and squeaking toys. Ahsoka loves zooming around the house and playing with her small humans. She lives with a 7 and 9 year old. She loves them so much she cries and has anxiety when they're waiting for the bus and barks at them to come back when they are leaving. She may not be good with very small children as their fast movement and noise make her very anxious and nervous. Ahsoka lives with a cat and gets along with him but is extremely overbearing and may be best in a home without cats due to the constant harassing. Ahsoka is very intelligent and loves learning new tricks. She knows paw, sit, lay, watch me and touch (she'll boop your hand). She loves to sleep under her fosters desk at her feet while she's working. She has a blanket that she sometimes carries around. She's not a huge fan of being outside. She's nervous about every noise and very unhappy when she can't see her people. She spends most of the time barking when she's out. She's fully house broken and will only do tiny happy pees if she's overly excited. Ahsoka does bark a lot. She's constantly on the alert. Noises make her anxious. She's afraid of strangers. It takes her quite a bit of time to warm up to new people. We feel that she's probably better off at a home without neighbors or the street in view. She is super smart, and eager to please. She would benefit from someone with the time and patience to train her and help her be her best dog self ever!
