WOW!! What a hidden gem Midas is�'�|..Midas is currently in boarding waiting for his fur-ever home for over 7 months, this is just crazy to me. He is so AMAZING!! Dog friendly! Potty trained. PLEASE READ BELOW....... Hello Friends, ***My name is Midas and I'm around 3 yrs old, Rhodesian Ridgeback mix with maybe some black mouth cur. Let me tell you about the special day I had with my volunteer friend. She came and picked me up, I jumped right into the car and off we went. I ride amazingly in the car, usually just lay down. We arrived at our first stop. I was so excited. We were joined by another volunteer and dog Stout. During our walk we came across ducks, I wasn't sure what they were I just enjoyed watching them splash around in the lake area. I walk very well on the leash, never reacted to other dogs, Stout and I walked near each other with no issues. We passed dogs, people riding bikes with no issues. I know sit and take my treats gently most of the time, I do get a bit excited, and can be a bit grabby. We went up hills, climbed up rocks. We came across a water stream which I didn't care too much about. I dipped my paws in quick and that was good enough for me. Everyone that saw me said I was a very handsome boy! After our long walk/hike it was time to go get some food. ***My volunteer friend took me to get some burgers and chicken nuggets and of course a pup cup. It was so good. It was time to head back to the boarding facility that I'm currently staying at. I would love to have my own home with a yard to run around and play in. ***I'm up to date on my vaccines, neutered and microchipped. I LOVE getting lots of pets, I will even give you kisses. No small dogs or cats for me. I like to play a bit rough and rowdy with my dog friends. Older kids, I do get excited at times and may knock a little one over. ***I look forward to meeting you very soon. I'm starting to get stressed living 24/7 in a kennel.
