Joy is a sweet energetic dog who gets along well with other dogs. She has never had problems with reactivity towards humans when the dog walker takes her out (2-3x/week) or the trainers (1x/week). However when I take her out, she occasionally decides that a human is a threat to me so she growls and barks and lunges at them. It has been over a month since this last happened, and I think it would be avoidable entirely if I lived in a less crowded neighborhood. She has never bitten anyone. Joy needs a home with a yard and a human/humans who are not working all the time. I believe her reactivity is a byproduct of having to spend a lot of time at home alone. She is very trainable and smart and also very food motivated! She would LOVE to have a home with another dog friend and she gets along with all sizes of dogs. Please help provide her a loving home! She is a truly special dog who is lots of fun and who has LOTS of love to give.
