About Scooter

Scooter is our gentle senior boy. He is approximately 8-years-old. He is a good boy that knows sit and shake. Loyal and smart are two of Scooter's best attributes. He did well with other dogs in the shelter, so should do fine with dogs at his 'furever' home. He can be a little timid with new people, but his curiosity often overcomes his fear. He would do best in a home with older children who won't grab at him. Scooter is neutered, vaccinated to date and microchipped through the rescue. He is located in Portland, OR. Please contact us if you are interested in adopting, or even fostering, one of our dogs. We are a federal non-profit rescue. We do require a completed application and a home visit prior to adopting.
