About Bruno

Bruno is almost the perfect dog. He has been around other dogs since 8 weeks of age and has mostly always done great! He loves to play but can get a little protective of his toys with other dogs after a little while. Especially rope toys....he does not really care to share those with others. He has lived in a household with cats but has recently decided that he thinks they may be more of a toy now. He has also lived with other dogs from really small to just his Size. Feeding time is HIS time and MUST be done separately from any other animals and only his trusted person can mess with his food. He has also lived with children ranging from newborn to 10 years old but I wouldn't recommend any young children because Bruno likes his time to himself and does not understand why little kids are so loud and will not leave him alone! He loves belly runs and ear rubs! He just wants someone to call his own and curl up with. He is very laid back in the house but has to make sure he has smelled EVERYTHING before he can relax. He is crate trained and potty trained as well. He will not let you ignore him when he needs to go potty. Bruno's perfect home would be one with no young children and someone who is experienced and knowledgeable with his breed and can work with him on his little quirks with food and toys and has patience. He prefers woman but Likes men as well. Men just need to let him come to them and once ge gets his smells in and knows you mean him no harm, you will be his best friend! Once he has found his place, he can be protective of the ones he loves especially when in his home or vehicle! So new people entering the home must be introduced before letting him loose! He has never harmed another animal or human! Just take it slow and you will end up with the best friend anyone could ask for!
