About Taz

This is Taz! I rescued him from a potential kill situation. His owner was a patient of mine that tried to break up a dog fight and got bitten by both dogs. But she was determined to shoot him. Literally, all's he wants is to be loved on! When I arrived at her house, it was horrible! There were dogs outside in pens without protection from the weather & there were so many dogs at front door glass of the house that I couldn't count them. It was heart breaking. I took him to my place & fed, bathed & just laid with him. He's never been kenneled or kept in a room by himself. Had a CPL issues with that, but once I let him have the door open he was great. I had to beef up my barriers a bit, but was finally able to keep him in the hall & his room. The problem is, my house isn't big & I already have 3 rescues there. One of which is a puppy also. All of the are showing high stress & I finally found my cat today, because she was terrified & hunkered down in my closet, but that's what shampooers are for. If anyone knows of a good home, preferably that has some land, he would flourish! I'll await any replies. I wish you all a blessed evening!
