Hey ya'll!! I'm Roscoe! The people tell me I'm about 2 years old. I'm originally from California where my brothers and I were airport dogs. It was so fun chasing airplanes and doing whatever we wanted!! The people took us to doggy jail. My owner's ex's grandparents thought it was a genius idea to gift me to my owner who was 17 at the time. Oh and it gets better!!! Not only was she younger, BUT she also ran away from her home and was living with her boyfriend(22), his grandparents, his great grandma, his sister, AND her two young children in a 3 bedroom house in Cali!! Oh and she wasn't even working at the time! Genius, I know!! Well my person decided to get up the courage to talk with her parents again and next thing I know, we are on our way to Texas. My person got her self a job and her own place! All grown up!! Unfortunately for me, my person works VERY VERY long hours and I have to stay in my little jail for about 14 hours a day! My person's yard is VERY small and she lives in the heart of San Antonio. I hate to leave her but I can see that she's having a tremendously hard time trying to do all that adult stuff and give me the care I need. Oh and I didn't mention that she broke up with that boyfriend so I really think I remind her of him every second. I have learned how to be a little more like a dog and go, sometimes, after the rope and stuff. I really just wanna hang out in my spot right beside my person true to my chill California self. I don't mind other dogs though I tend to not LOVE those crazy ones. My person's parents have an Australian Shepherd that is a few months younger than me and he annoys the snot outta me! The guy is ALWAYS wanting to play! I don't mind a quick puppy play but that guy just doesn't stop! I tend to be a little shy towards new people, a little bit more toward the male people. It doesn't take long for me to warm up and then I just follow them around. Hopefully I can help myself and my person out and find a new place to call home. I hate seeing her struggling so hard and by golly I need some freedom! I'd love a yard that was bigger than 8 x 10 feet! Yeah.... SERIOUSLY!!! Looking forward to adopting some new people!
