Diss came to me through a heartless facebook post. A woman had accidental kittens and posted unless someone took him that she'd leave him to die in the woods. I was the person who responded to that post. When I met Diss, the woman had him zipped up in a nasty black backpack. He was screaming and she shoved him in my hand and told me 'he was my problem now.' He was less than three weeks old. I was under the impression he was weaned and eating hard food. I was wrong. Diss developed a very strong bond with my dog Piper. Piper is an Australian Shepherd who took on a motherly role immediately when he came home. They are the best of friends and it breaks my heart that I have to separate them. Diss has grown up to be the happiest cat I have ever known. He purrs constantly, wants to be cuddled and play with you whenever he can. He hates being alone and is not afraid to yell for you to come back to him. He can have balance issues due to the kink in his tail. He struggles with larger breed dogs as he isnt sure on how to tell them to stop, when he wants alone time. He would do best in a home with another companion animal or a person who works at home during the day.
