About Jackie

Looking for a scruffy low rider?! Well we've got the fur baby for you! She hopes to find her furever family for the holidays! Jackie is a 3 yr old, 45 lbs terrier mix. She has a good 5 lbs to lose as she hit the Halloween treats a little too hard this year. She's a low key gal who takes treats gently. She is dog, CAT, and kid friendly. Jackie is a gentle girl even with the littlest humans. She's not much of a jumper so toddlers think she's great! Jackie is house and crate trained. She is all around the perfect furry friend. Jackie was treated for heartworm and has zero noted residual effects. She is current with vaccines, spayed, and fostered in Harrisburg, PA We are PA Caring for K-9's, an all-breed dog rescue that is solely run by volunteers. Most of our dogs are rescued from high kill shelters in the South. If the dog is posted, they are still available! Once arriving, these dogs enter foster homes, as we do not have a shelter. We cannot adopt out dogs to a home with dogs that are not fixed or up to date on shots. If interested in adopting, please submit an application online at www.pack9rescue.org. Our adoption fee for altered dogs is $350 and goes directly to saving the lives of more dogs. Our adoption fee for unaltered puppies will be $400 which includes a refundable $50 deposit upon receipt of spay/neuter certificate.
