About Debbie

Meet Debbie - She has had a difficult 8 years, without much happiness or chance to be a carefree dog. She was a breeder dog for a meat farm in Korea, her pups once old enough were sold to restaurant. In that environment dogs are not treated well, and don't necessarily know how to treat each other well. Poor Debbie was attacked by other dogs one day, and luckily a volunteer was able to rescue her and get her the medical attention she very desperately needed. Her physical wounds have healed, but she is very hesitant being around other dogs now - after she was attacked. Due to her memories, she is best being the only dog in a home. A home where she can relax and feel safe. Although not good with other dogs, and doesn't know cats, she loves people and will hang by your side all day long! She has not had any experience with young children. The volunteers in Korea believe Debby deserves a chance at a good life, one she has never known. She is described a very sweet and gentle. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, HW and Giardia negative. She is house broken, and leash trained. We are hopeful to find Debbie a forever home to live out her years.
