About Charles

Darling little Charles is approx 2yrs old and is a beefy 17lbs. He doesn't look that big, but he's solid. He is a bit insecure when meeting new folks but after a short amount of time, and with the presence of another little dog, he opens up quickly to become an affectionate boy. He loves to sit on your lap, or right next to you on the couch. He also loves to be petted and scratched. He uses the doggie door, along with his foster dogs. If no doggy door, he just needs a consistent routine for potty breaks. He rarely barks, even if the other dogs are barking. He loves to play with other small dogs and doesn't seem to have any food or toy possessiveness. He is okay on a leash and he enjoys long walks with his foster siblings. Charles must have another playful small in the home to continue helping him boost his confidence with people. He must also have a fenced yard.
