About Iris

Iris is a wonderful pup that was rescued from a tough situation in Browning, MT. She and some other puppies were living under a porch in below freezing temps! Glad we could get some of them and get them into safety. Iris has done well with the transition to the shelter and has taken her vaccinations and deworming like a champ! With her second vaccine on board, she is ready to venture out to a new home - will that be yours? She is a happy go lucky girl that is just ready to give all her love to a new family! We think Iris is a Austrailian Shepherd mix and think she will likely be a medium sized dog of 40-50 pounds is our best guess based on size at her age. This cute puppy is not yet altered as she is just too young, therefore will go out on a foster-to-adopt basis and will have to have her surgery done by the new owner in about 4-6 months. Per Montana state law, we have to hold a deposit as a guarantee that the surgery will be performed. We do this deposit in the form of check for $125, refundable after proof of spay/neuter. In partnership, we give a $50 voucher for the surgery to use at your selected veterinarians office. The adoption fee on this cutie is $300
