I am hoping someone can help me find a rescue or a home for a 17 year old apple head long-haired chihuahua named Layla. This poor little one is blind and has some nerve damage in her leg. She currently resides in the Penn Valley area, and her senior caregiver, sadly, cannot continue to take care of her. I appreciate any help you can provide.
