About Bodhi

Bodhi is ready for adoption. He's a one-year-old, 45 lb. Boston/Pit Bull mix who is housebroken, neutered and UTD on vaccines. Bodhi was a wonderful dog 99 percent of the time, but he was aggressive towards other dogs before he was trained. He even attacked a dog. Bodhi went through an intensive four-week board and train program with a professional trainer. Since completing his training, Bodhi has not had an aggressive episode; he's been a wonderful dog 100 percent of the time. Bodhi and his foster dad now enjoy walks through downtown Fredericksburg where they encounter hundreds of people, dogs, motorcycles, and other loud things. They go inside stores together. Bodhi's behavior has been perfect. Everyone who meets Bodhi loves him because he's so handsome and sweet. Bodhi will thrive in a home where is an only pet and has room to play. Bodhi enjoys being close to his humans and loves being petted. He knows the heel command, walks at his foster's side, and rarely notices other dogs now. Since he's a young dog with lots of energy, Bodhi would benefit from having a fenced yard. Bodhi is fostered in Stafford, VA.
