Napoleon Dynamite is 3 yrs old and looks like a Standard Poodle (mix) who weighs 41 lbs. He could stand to put on a few pounds, and he loves to eat, so it shouldn't be hard! Napoleon Dynamite is full of energy and, oh, so much love to give! This silly boy loves nothing more than to be close to his foster mom and give lots of kisses. He is what you would call a 'velcro dog'. Napoleon Dynamite will stand still and let you love on him and pet him for as long as you'd like. He is a tall boy that likes to jump up and say hello to everyone he meets. For that reason, older, sturdier children would be best. Napoleon has gotten along great with the other dogs he's met and wants to play. He walks nicely on his harness and enjoys going for walks. Napoleon will go in his crate for food. It's not his favorite place to be and he will tell you about it but he does eventually settle nicely and sleeps thru the night. Napoleon is house trained but he is very curious about everything and likes to check things out. Napoleon Dynamite is a very smart boy and would benefit from some obedience training so he can be the best doggie he can be! He also needs a home that understands a Poodle coat as he will need consistent grooming to keep his tight curls in tip top shape. Napoleon Dynamite would thrive in a loving home where someone has the time to spend with him and include him in family activities such as daily walks. He's happiest when he's right with his people so a home with people home more often than not is what he craves.
