About Ringo

My name is Ringo and I am another lucky boy. I am in the northeast now and in a great foster home in NJ! I am about 10 months old and 45 lbs; I think I could get to 50 or 55 full grown as I fill out. I am a jovial, happy and somewhat bouncy mix of a few things - Coonhound perhaps, I most likely have some lab and husky in me - look at my beautiful eyes! First off - I am a master at fetch, I even drop it for you and sit and wait. I am a champ!! I love people, I am super food motivated and I love to go for walks. A family with a fenced in yard who likes to explore would be ideal for me. I am an incredible cuddler and love kids and all people. I get super excited for new people to visit too. Yes, I will jump - I am young... yes, I will be a little mouthy but I will listen when you tell me not to do those things! My foster family consists of two dogs bigger than I am and three children 10 and under! I love kids but sturdy kids are best for me and those that are dog savvy 8+. I know that I need to be a little less energetic around the little ones; I am good at reading that they are smaller. I do well in the crate when I am left alone. I would enjoy a canine playmate in my home! I LOVE other dogs! I would do well in a lot of situations that want a social, active and fun-loving boy. I transition and adjust like an absolute champ. Untested with cats. PS - contrary to popular belief, even though I may have some hound in me, I am not a barker. I will bark when people are at the door or when I see something but I am not very vocal!
