Vet Info: After vet check: She is not chipped. She is estimated to be 9 yrs old, 30 lbs underweight, diabetic, and blind. Blood work came back good but her blood sugar level was 600. Finder has gone above and beyond giving insulin twice a day and will continue, but they need a long term rescue for her. She is safe for now, but the finder cannot afford to be a long term foster without rescue backing her up. Since the dog was likely dumped in the Palmdale shelter parking lot, they have little hope of finding the owners. She will remain on a 14 day stray hold. So far, she gets along with little dogs.
