Lola was a sweet starving stray running in and out traffic on a busy road when my very pregnant daughter rescued her. My daughter discovered that day that the local shelter as well as rescue groups she called were all full. My daughter has gotten shots for the stray and has mbeen keeping her in her house until she can find a forever home for her. The vet gave her a clean bill of health other than being malnourished. No heart worms or other issues detected. Lola is sweet natured and plays well with my daughters Australian shepherd mix and Lola ignores their cat. She is good in a crate which is where she's been most the time this past week now that my daughter has given birth and is home from the hospital. The vet believes Lola is about 7 months old. Lola is very friendly around adults. We have never observed her around children. She is a beautiful pup with golden eyes. The picture does not do her justice. My daughter loves this sweet pup but she just can't manage another dog with her newborn.
