About Sasha

My husband and I adopted Sasha, and she is a sweet dog. But because he recently had a heart attack and he now has Valley fever and is struggling physically. Also, I am disabled and I have a knee replacement from 2008 that is weak and I need another one on my other knee that has had four surgeries. We both have many other disabilities. I won't bother lifting because it would be long and we are no longer able to care for her. The Humane Society told us we could rehome her back to them two times now. And tomorrow I was to be bringing her back, but they called and said they could not take her and I was so upset and I've been crying for days. And I am not joking. I don't know what to do and I don't have any family or friends as we moved here from the Seattle area in 2017 and Covid has made it hard of course for the Humane Society but also for us because my husband has so many illnesses we cannot go too far, and I really really pray that someone can help take her. She's a beautiful dog and I know that there is some person whether it's a single person, but would love to have her or her family that has children that are five years older because she's a big dog. She knows how to sit, lay down and shake Her paw. And she listens when you tell her to lay on her bed with the time she loves to play with balls and toys and that is the highlight of her day. We used to try to walk her, but because we both have a torn rotor cuff and our shoulders, and I also have tendinitis in two carpel tunnels in my wrist. Yes, she does need some shots and a trip to veterinarian and like I said, my husband just had a heart attack and I haven't been able to do all the things because there's so much that I'm overwhelmed. Would you like to meet? Would you like to have a dog on your property that barks but not continually only when she hears somebody and that is nice anyways.
