Serrano I'm sure anyone who knows about Serrano, wonder where he went?! He's here, always. He's happy, and so great with all my fosters, and he just loves puppies! So he comes in handy at soothing the littles. I waited about 4 months to really go in and try to leash this boy up. I got a stiff slip lead to lasso him, well, just a ring toss really. Serrano can catch that leash with his teeth every time! He is not inviting me in! This guy really doesn't want to bite me, but he will if I invade his space. I'm still figuring out what to do here. I have had a dog for 2 1/2 years, longest stay for an adoptable dog. Serrano is not adoptable as a pet. He's yard art. He would never walk up and nip anyone, he stays out of the way, although he doesn't walk around here stressed out in the least. But this place is not a sanctuary. They all have to be adoptable to be here. I am just thinking about looking for sanctuary for Serrano. He is not viscous, he just had no use for humans except to feed him and pick up his shit if they so desire.
