About Finnegan

Who's ready for some fun??? Finnegan is looking for a family who is ready to have fun. This high energy 7 month old Border Collie came from an Amish Puppy Mill because he got to old to sell. He has been learning some manners but still has ways to go. Finnegan will also need a family to continue his housebreaking as sometimes he forgets about going outside. He is super sweet and just wants to be friends with everyone. Be aware he happy pees on new people. He currently is being fostered with cats and is fine with them.
