About Geo

Please read Geo's biography all the way through to learn what he needs in a home placement and how to apply. Geo was owner surrendered to our rescue so that we could find him a good forever home. Geo is a Dachshund and Yorkie mix, his mom is posted on our website. Geo was born on 5/29/22 and he has a beautiful soft, smooth, red coat with a black muzzle. He currently weighs 18lbs as of 2-1-23. He is so adorable. Geo is a sweet boy, a little reserved when meeting new people, but will warm up over time. We feel he would definitely benefit by being placed with another young dog currently in your home. He loves other dogs both male and female and he loves to play. He is healthy, happy, active, spunky and ready for his forever home. Geo is housebroken using the pet door in his foster home and loves being on a scheduled routine. Geo would appreciate kids that are 10 and older. He is a lovely little dog, he needs a house with a backyard to run around in. He will not be suited for apt/rental living.
