About Sierra

12-14 month old Sierra is a very smart, very active, very creative dog. We know there is golden retriever in the mix, we are guessing Collie, border collie, or aussie may be the second contributor to her dna. This big dog needs to be active, needs brain stimulation (agility, herding classes anyone?), She wants to learn, she wants to please. We think Sierra's ideal home is with someone who is familiar with the needs of herding dogs, or can spend a lot of time with Sierra, inside, outside, and teaching, She is a big dog - though she has been easy for us to handle on leash, she could use more training. Sierra's ideal home would be with neutered male dogs to romp and play with (she does like some females, too) and with a large, safe (preference would be fenced) yard for her to run, fetch, exercise, and learn in. This dog is special in every way - and she deserves a special home.
