About Kira

Hi! I'm Kira and I'm young and way fun. I'm also an all star, you know a play group all star. I love to play with dogs and every dog I have met at the shelter thinks playing with me is the best part of their day. What I don't like spending my day doing is being bored. I like to be busy! Busy should be my middle name is what one person told me. Ok fine by me. Did you know that birds are so much fun to chase.? It's true. They say I should not go to a home with them or cats because I would probably chase them too. Good chance if they are as fun as birds. Oh, did you know that I'm learning how to walk on a leash. Little behind the curve on that one and been told I need someone who has some experience to help me. Something about how my manners are a little lacking on leash. Guess barking at people and dogs is not what a young lady should be don't. Ptfff. Speaking of lack of skills, I am not fully house trained. Clearly the people who had me before didn't want to take the time to teach me that so that is on my must learn list. One other little thing is that I take a hot minute to meet new people. People just need to slow their roll, fork over some treats and be chill. Dang my list is long but I know someone will see how special I am and will want to help me check them off.
