About Miggy

Miggy is a 3 year old chocolate Merle Great Dane. He came from a family that wanted to give him a home free of other dogs where he would get the attention he deserves. We took him to the vet as soon as we got him and got all of his shots and heart worm medicine. Miggy is the most loving and gentle dog, loves everyone, gets along with cats but would be best as the only dog in the home. He is not aggressive towards other dogs but due to his past he does get defensive when other large dogs get close to him. He can be left out at night and be perfectly fine but the minute he is left alone he suffers severe separation anxiety which has been treated with medication and other remedies, but nothing seems to help other than just being with him most of the time. We are in no rush to find him a new home, the most important thing to Riley and I is that he has a family that is home a lot and able to continue giving him the love he deserves.
