About Zoodle

Meet Zoodle the poodle! Zoodle is an approx 1 yr old parti min poodle who recently came to us as a commercial breeder release. While we were told he is a purebred min poodle (and he def looks the part) obviously given the circumstances under which he ended up with us and the lack of any paperwork we cannot guarantee that he is a purebred, so please don't ask if he is low/non shedding or hypoallergenic, we just can't promise it. Zoodle is still just learning about the wide world that exists beyond the farm he lived on, and will need an adopter committed to helping him navigate things and work with him on training and socializing. Because of his limited exposure to much at this time we will not be placing him with kids. Zoodle definitely wants to make friends, and while he is still pretty timid and shy he sits at the front of his crate willing to be coaxed out. When you hold him he swims with his little front feet and once he warms up he will give you a little kiss. We have started to get him used to handling and he was even an angel for his (what we assume was first ever) groom. He was not a fan of getting in the tub but absolutely loved the scrub down. He has been around other dogs his size and seems very comfortable with them so we would consider either placing him as an only dog or with a friendly, confident dog to show him the ropes. Zoodles' adoption fee includes his neuter and age appropriate vaccinations. He will also be microchipped and heartworm tested prior to adoption. While we know Zoodle will be a bit of a project dog to get settled we also have no doubt that a silly, happy young pup is under all the confusion and he just needs patient, understanding people willing to continue his socialization.
