Uno is a perfect gentleman and has been in my care for the past 3.5 years, since he was a puppy. He's a big boy at just over 100lbs & is a typical hound; he likes to check everything and everyone out, very nosey, & barks to alert of people or other dogs (we're still working on it). He does well on a leash and knows basic commands; sit, down, stay, paw, spin. He loves running around the backyard, playing with other dogs, walks, and ear rubs. He is crate trained & thrives on a daily routine. Because of his size, he would do best in a home without tiny children & could benefit from more obedience training. I'm completely heartbroken to be in this situation as I was raised knowing adopted dogs are a lifetime commitment. Unfortunately, my older dog is no longer able to tolerate his typical doggy behavior & as a result, both dogs are suffering. The older dog is lashing out at Uno more frequently and I'm worried for their safety. Looking for a serious adopter who will love him as much as I do, with an agreement to return him to me if things don't work out.
