This beautiful girl has been waiting too long for a home and now is at risk. She walks nicely on a leash, she is very friendly, nonreactive to other dogs in the kennel. She arrived as a stray on 9/23 and her owners never came for her. Dogs in this shelter often only get out of their kennels once or twice a week, yet Betsey continues to be resilient, affectionate, and happy to get out.
