About Nico

Nico came into rescue underweight and desperately needing a bath. He is starting to put on a few pounds and is presently about 45 pounds. He could easily gain 10-15 more! This boy has lots of energy and will tire out any other dog in his yard! He loves to run and can 'leap small buildings in a single bound' so you can name him Superman! He is quite affectionate and will snuggle up to you and loves to be around his humans. He is the perfect candidate for agility training or for someone who needs a running buddy. Having been seen by a trainer, she said he has a lot of german shepherd qualities-independent, loyal and wants to please-and have a job to do!
