His owner has 8 children at home and isn't able to care for RJ. She's very much hoping he can find a new loving home. Name: RJ Age: DOB 1/7/2022 (6 months) Breed: Mixed Sex: Male (not neutered) Location: Oklahoma County, OK Vet Info: RJ has not been vetted. Per his owner, he weighs approximately 15 pounds. Dog Info: RJ is a friendly fellow and is good with people of all ages, male and female dogs, and cats, and used to live with a cat and other dogs. RJ is an indoor dog with run of the house. He will potty outside during the day, but may have accidents overnight. He is not leash trained. RJ has snapped one time, when his owner's daughter tried to pick him up to move him away when he was drinking out of the toilet. He was startled and snapped, but there was no skin contact, and this has never happened again. RJ's owner believes RJ is completely blind because he doesn't blink or move when you put things in front of him, and he has run into things. She told us his eyes look 'glassy', but they are not grayish or whitish, and she is unable to bring him to a vet. RJ eats and drinks normally, and seems healthy other than his vision. His owner believes he adjusts well to new situations and said that he gets around well at home. RJ's owner wants us to know he's a great dog, and very loving!
