About Klause

Hi, we're bonded brother & sister pair, Shiloh (black & tan female) and Klause (large white male). At only 2 years old, our short lives have already been filled with lots of changes and challenges, but we've always had each other to lean on through it all. Because of this, we're inseparable. While we've spent the last couple of months after rescue in foster care with a trainer to rebuild our confidence, we still feel most confident by each other's side. We promise our future family that we will repay them for adopting us together in double the love, kisses, adventure, and protection. Above all, we hope for consistency. Since they got us as puppies, our families did not research the breed and concluded we had too much puppy energy and were rehomed. We used to go to the beach, and dog parks, and even traveled - it was so much fun! But after the pandemic, our owner suffered a health crisis which left her unable to care for us. For months, we spent our days locked in a cage together. She no longer could take us out or even afford to feed us every day. We started losing weight and became more afraid each day. Just as we were losing hope, a car arrived to pick us up. We drove all day long and stepped out of the car to feel the warm Florida sunshine on our backs. Our trainer Alex has shown us what it's like to just be dogs again! We've stopped being so afraid and made so many new friends. We love all people and dogs, no matter their age or size. We're playful yet gentle and respectful; once we bond with someone, we're extremely affectionate. Our perfect day would be running around the backyard and then cuddling our humans on the couch. We're fully vetted, house/crate/potty trained, and ready to meet you! Adoption fee is $550 for both!
