About Truman

January 22nd: Urgent Foster/Adopter needed with GSD experience to get Truman out of the shelter. He is not coping in this environment: Meet Truman! Truman is a 3 year old male German Shepherd. He is a very handsome big boy and is very sweet. He does well walking on a leash. This boy loves attention and is AFOMO (Afraid of Missing Out!!) Truman watches everything and everyone from his kennel. He is slow to trust; but once he trusts you, you will have a loyal friend for life! Truman came to the shelter as a stray after he was found in the woods with a bowl of water and a bag of food. He will benefit from training and consistency, and of course a whole lot of love!! Truman is dog selective; if you have a dog, a meet and greet will be needed. Truman needs a home with no cats. Truman will need a fully fenced yard. He is fixed, microchipped and up to date on his vaccinations. Truman is currently living in the humane society in Long Beach, WA. If Truman sounds like the boy for you, please get in touch!
