About Buddy Boy

Availalble for adoption in Medford, NJ - My name is Buddy Boy (aka Bruno) and I am a one-year old Border Collie/Sheltie mix! My foster mom likes to calls me the Energizer Buddy because I am FULL of energy and I keep going and going�'�|! I am a sweet and affectionate, I love to cuddle and play! I love to chase and play with my ball, chew on bones and wrestle with my foster brother! I am crate and potty trained, working on basic commands and manners (like walking on a leash and jumping)! I really look forward Buddy must have an active family or parent! Buddy enjoys activities and likes to be kept busy and moving! Buddy would excel in agility, flyball, dock diving, or any other dog athletic sport. He will make an amazing running, hiking, kayaking, or biking partner! We are working on his manners and he has selective hearing at times (as many teenagers do). He will need someone patience and firm to reinforce his training. Buddy is very vocal and has a lot to say! Buddy is a jumper, he will need a family with children age 10 and up. He will require a fenced in yard and would be best suited for a large property where he can run. Buddy doesn't always understand his limits and would do best in a household with a younger dog(s) for a sibling or as an only dog where he can get the individual attention he deserves.
