This was a stray that approached my relatives that just moved to Elizabeth city North Carolina, they took it to the local shelter and found that it was not micro chipped and did not belong to anyone so they are fostering it but can no longer hold onto the puppy. They did not feel comfortable leaving the dog with the local animal shelter . They are not familiar with the breed and I am however I cannot keep the puppy at my residence more than a day or two.
