About Eve

This animal is available to licensed rescue groups only. Please do not enquire unless with a licensed rescue group. Eve is a very sweet but very anxious girl. She originally came from the humane society of Whitley county where I worked at the time. She was found running stray at a near by park. She was in house for 5 to 6 months before she got adopted out the first time. She was then returned for reasons I don't know. She then waited another 6 months before being adopted out again. I met with her previous owner at my current job and learned she was getting ready to take her back to the shelter again. I couldn't let that happen to this poor girl. She doesn't do well in a kennel setting. Since I already knew eve I took her and she is currently at my house. But I already have 4 big dogs. Eve is very dog selective and can be aggressive towards others. She is not a fan of MEN at all. She has never bit but she has lunged and growled. Her whole world has been flipped upside down 3 different times. She just needs patience and someone to work with her. Consistency is her best friend! I have been working with her for the last week and she has came a long way already. But I'm no professional and think she would really benefit from someone knowing exactly what they are doing.
