We found her last night. We took her to be scanned and she doesn't have a chip. The shelter that handles dogs found where she was will kill her in 3 days if she's not claimed or adopted. I have 9 dogs of my own & am already fostering 8 puppies. I don't have any where to keep her, but it was 28 degrees last night. & I couldn't leave her out in the cold.
