About Wesley

Welcome Wesley to CCPAL Rescue. Wesley is a 12-week-old Rat Terrier/Dachshund mixed puppy. Wesley should be 15 pounds or less full grown. He is playful with his siblings and cuddly. He isn't too vocal and is the right amount of energy. He doesn't seem to have any baggage from finding himself in animal control or a rescue. He is the smallest in the litter and has full upright ears. He and his siblings are adorable. He has the traditional Rat Terrier markings and upright ears. He is the most Rat Terrier looking pup in the mix. He is good in his crate and will go on a wee pad. His best home will be with someone that doesn't work all day everyday so they can finish his puppy training. He is small enough to go carry and sturdy enough to walk and keep up. He would be fine with children. We like them to be 8 years or older as he is small and trusting of all people. He doesn't know leash manners as we are working on vaccinations, health and getting them altered. We don't typically let them walk on the grass until they have had 3 rounds of puppy shots. He is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally in Texas. We can also work with one of the wonderful transporters to get him to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. His adoption fee is 400 and transport is 180.
