ELLIE MAE: Shelter ID #A4381244 -- URGENT!!! To be EUTHANIZED any day!!! -- (Dog Friendly) I'm a 6-year-old, spayed, brown Labrador Retriever/American Pit Bull Terrier Mix (47.5 lbs.) I came into the shelter as a homeless stray. The chaotic shelter environment causes me to be stressed and unsure. When I feel comfortable, I approach for gentle pets, take treats nicely, and will come to be close. I walk at a nice pace on-leash. I haven't been assessed with other dogs, but I've been non-reactive to dogs passing by or in neighboring yards. I need an adopter that will go slow with me and give me time to build trust.
