About Dexter

Dexter is available for adoption! Dexter was found as a stray running around Hillville which is a town within Haywood County. He was never claimed by owners, so he is now looking for a forever home where he can be kept out of harm's way! Dexter is a super busy puppy who wants to love on everyone. He enjoys burning off energy by running on the play yards with other adoptable dogs, and we believe he would LOVE a forever home with a nice yard where he can burn off any excess energy at his own leisure. Dexter gets along great with other dogs and would be perfect for a family with older children that need a puppy companion! He loves everyone he meets and would make a great travel companion too. Dexter is a 4-month-old mixed puppy. He has been vaccinated and dewormed in shelter! He is not quite old enough for heartworm testing or to be neutered. Dexter is located at the Brownsville Haywood County Animal Shelter in Brownsville, Tennessee. His adoption fee is $120 which covers his neuter with our local vet. We can help arrange transport and we have no pull fee for reputable 501c3 rescue groups. Please share Dexter to help him find his forever home!
