About Duke

This handsome guy is Duke, a 2.5 years old Australian Cattledog who weighs 45-50 pounds. Duke knows how commands: sit, down, easy (for accepting treats), and come here. He also knows some tricks: sit pretty, shake, and speak. This smart guy is house trained and did use a crate when he was a pup. Duke is a social guy who is good with men and women. He is good with kids, but is too excited around small kids so is best with junior high and high school aged kids. Duke is also good with other dogs. He is a regular attendee of daycare where he is playful with other dogs. He is also good with cats, having lived with two for his whole life. Duke is a ton of fun. He loves to fetch and play tug of war. He is a good partner for adventures as he is good on leash and a good passenger in the car. Duke is neutered and up to date on vaccinations. He is ready to meet adopters who are able to meet and adopt in SoCal. We do not ship our dogs. Lastly, a home visit and vet reference are required to adopt.
